Dinner With Friends: Vegan Night
- Arthur's Market 35 North Ferry Street Schenectady, NY 12305 United States (map)
Dinner With Friends
Dinner With Friends is our series of after-hours, family-style dinners. These dinners are designed to bring guests together around a shared meal and to incorporate inspiration from the broader food world around us.
Developed by our Chef Justin Friello, each menu will focus a diverse set of dishes within a specific theme. These menus are our opportunity to get creative, flex our culinary muscles, and have a bit of fun, as much as they are meant to delight our guests. This is how we like to cook for our friends and family and how we hope to cook for you!
Vegan Night Menu
Please note that while this meal will be entirely vegan, it will not be gluten-, nut-, or sesame-free, and we are not able to offer substitutions. If the menu below does not meet your dietary requirements, please consider one of our other up-coming dinners, which may be better suited to your taste!

Course 2: Family Style Fare
Long platters laden with herbed barley and topped with:
Black pepper tofu with chili oil
Soy, sesame, and ginger stir-fried bok choy, red peppers, and green beans
Charred cabbage with crunchy peanuts
Course 3: Something Sweet
Scratch-made olive oil cake with lemon curd, vegan buttercream, and a mixed-berry compote.
