Embroidery Workshop w/Mallory Zondag

Learn the techniques for floral embroidery from local fiber artist, Mallory Zondag.
Using an embroidery hoop and needle you will learn a variety of stitches — including French knots, stem stitch, chain stitch, wagon wheel, satin stitch, and a fringe stitch. These techniques will allow you to create a textured textile that you can incorporate into another work or hang on its own in your home.

Note: Materials and tools can be taken home with you to finish your piece or continue to explore embroidering on your own!
