Upstairs at Arthur’s

Located on the second floor and overlooking The Stockade’s central circle, this light-filled apartment boasts a large room on the corner of the building perfect for dinners, lunches, tastings, showers, and birthday parties.

This space is available for booking seven days a week from 8AM - 10PM.

It accommodates up to 20 people. This space doesn’t offer ADA access.

The Patio

Located at the back of the building, our lush patio offers a private outdoor space that takes in views of our neighbors beautiful historic homes. The patio is ideal for sit down meals, tastings, and mix-and-mingle events.

This space is open seasonally (May - Oct) and is available for booking Mon - Thurs from 8AM - 10PM. Fri from 8AM - 3PM. Sat and Sun from 3PM - 10PM.

It accommodates up to 25 people seated or 45 people standing with ADA access. Rain dates and/or an indoor alternative can be offered.

The Cafe After Hours

Our primary cafe space is transformed after hours with ample candle light, beautiful table settings, and delicious eats. It offers a beautiful setting for seated meals, tastings, and mix-and-mingle affairs.

This space is available for booking everyday, except Fridays, from 6:30PM - 10PM.

It accommodates up to 25 people seated or 45 standing with ADA access.

Partnered site: great flats brewing

Located just a mile from Arthur’s Market, Great Flats Brewing offers a light-filled, family-friendly venue that can accommodate much larger groups. Parties booked at Great Flats are subject to their availability and venue and beverage costs are paid directly to the brewery. That said, we can help arrange all of those details, and we can provide food and decor for your event.

This space is available for booking Wed - Sun from 12PM - 9PM.

Great Flats Brewing accommodates up to 80 people with ADA access.

Host a sit down affair:

Be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, treat your guests to a family-style or buffet meal at beautifully set tables.

For sit-down meals, we require a specific head count and can accommodate a maximum of 20 - 25 people at Arthur’s and up to 50 people at Great Flats.

Host an “open house”:

Invite your guests to stop by for coffee and baked goods, light lunch bites, or cheese and charcuterie. Whatever the occasion, your guests will enjoy beautiful platers of house-made bites, premium drinks, and the flexibility to mix and mingle.

For “open house” style events, we will prepare food for an estimated number of guests and can accommodate up to 45 people at Arthur’s or up to 80 people at Great Flats.

Host a tasting:

Invite your guests to a private tasting or pairing event. From cheese to chocolate to coffee to beer to wine, we offer a wide variety of tasting courses. These classes offer valuable insights, delicious flights, and the chance to chat freely while guests enjoy their samplings.

Tasting events are seated, and we require a specific head count. We can accommodate a maximum of 20 - 25 people at Arthur’s and 50 people at Great Flats.

Pricing Snapshot:

• Minimum spends include:

  • Sit down meals start at $1,500

  • Open-house style events start at $1,200

  • Tastings start at $850

• All events require a $350 non-refundable deposit to save your date. This deposit is applied toward minimums at the time of payment.
